New Home Sales Spike With 15.6 Percent Rise in January

Sales of newly built, single-family homes rose 15.6 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 437,000 units in January, according to newly released figures from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Census Bureau.
